Saturday, July 5th: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Bring snacks & food!
The amount of testers that sign-up for the promotion test will determine whether or not we hold a three day test, a two day test, or a one day test. I will keep you updated regarding practice times for the days of the promotion test. We plan on demonstrating all days that there is a promotion test. Demonstration team members are required to stay for the entire duration of all promotion tests.

Dear Parents and Students,
We are looking to begin a demonstration team fund to help (not to completely cover, and not all of the time) students cover the costs of various expenses (equipment, apparel, tournament fees, etc.). To help build this fund, we will be hosting various events for demonstration team members to help with. We will try to reinvest as much of the profit made as possible back into the students. Most notably, we will start hosting frequent Parent’s Night Out events. We ask that students volunteer to help assist the head instructors in ensuring the event runs smoothly. Their responsibilities may include helping supervise children, food handling, game moderation, and more! Additionally, any parents that are interested in volunteering to help as well, are more than welcome to! Students are only allowed to volunteer to help for ONE parent’s night out per month. Please review the Parent’s Night Out event details below.
Please see me to sign-up to volunteer for either the 5/3 or 5/17 parent’s night out.
Demonstration team class will be shortened on the Saturdays of Parent’s Night Out. Demo training for Saturday (5/3) will be from 12:00 - 2:00 PM.

Dear Parents and Students,
We ask that you purchase a set of ankle weights and wrist weights for your demo team member for training purposes. You may purchase them yourself or you may submit a payment of $50.00 (cash) / per student or $60.00 (cash) / per student to us and we can order them for you. The brand linked below we have used previously and have had a good experience with the durability. The payment would cover costs for a pair of ankle weights and a pair of wrist weights.
This equipment may be left at the Dojang as it will be used frequently, and no one except for the demonstration team members will be permitted to utilize this equipment.
We recommend the following weights if you will be purchasing them yourself. Of course, please choose the weight amount that you think would work best for you.
Younger Students ($50):
Wrist weights: 1-2lb per weight
Ankle weights: 2-3lb per weight
Older Students ($60):
Wrist weights: 2-3lb per weight
Ankle weights: 3-5lb per weight
If you are competing in the state tournament, please purchase or submit payment for these weights as soon as possible. Everyone else, please purchase or submit payment for these weights by Saturday, March 15th.
